Overview

This website (ugottoad.com), the RiVöt RV Navigator mobile application and web trip planner, the RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level hardware products and their companion mobile apps, and any other products or services we offer (collectively, the “Service”) are operated and sold by Puffball Designs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company with a registered address at 20428 N Denizen Dr, Surprise, AZ 85387. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Puffball Designs LLC, doing business as RiVöt. We offer the Service, including all information, tools, routing data, hardware, and companion apps available through the website and app stores, to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product from us, downloading or using a RiVöt app, or creating an account, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, app users, customers, subscribers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the website, purchase our products, or use our apps. Any new features, products, or tools added to the Service are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page; your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our Products

RiVöt currently offers:

• RiVöt RV Navigator — a big-rig-aware navigation app (iOS, Android, and web) offered on a subscription basis.
• RiVöt TankMaster — a physical holding-tank monitoring device, sold through ugottoad.com, paired with a free companion app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• RiVöt Level — a physical RV leveling device, sold through ugottoad.com, paired with a free companion app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

These Terms apply to all of the above unless a specific section states otherwise.

Eligibility and Account Registration

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have a parent or guardian’s consent to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to keep that information up to date so we can communicate with you about your account and any subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

RiVöt RV Navigator Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

This section applies only to the RiVöt RV Navigator app. The RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level companion apps are free to download and use with the corresponding hardware and do not require a subscription. RiVöt RV Navigator offers certain features on a paid subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following applies:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time you confirm your purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length of term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings. We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly — those requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and policies.
• If we offer a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a paid subscription.
• Subscription prices and the features included with each tier are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes affecting active subscribers where required by applicable law or app store policy.

Your use of the app obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play’s Terms of Service, respectively, in addition to these Terms.

Physical Products and Orders

RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level are physical hardware products purchased through ugottoad.com or an authorized reseller (for example, our Amazon storefront). When you place an order directly with us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information, and to promptly update that information if it changes. Payment for physical products purchased directly from us is processed by our payment processor, separately from any Apple or Google in-app purchase billing described above. Purchases made through Amazon or another authorized reseller are subject to that marketplace’s own order, payment, and return terms in addition to these Terms. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or secondhand marketplaces are not eligible for warranty coverage, as described under Limited Warranty below.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities purchased per person or per order, and correct pricing or product-description errors at any time prior to shipment. Prices for RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference — actual appearance, packaging, or minor specifications may vary.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and method selected. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but will assist in good faith with lost-package claims.

Returns and Refunds

If you purchased RiVöt TankMaster or RiVöt Level directly from ugottoad.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at your choice. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If you purchased through Amazon or another authorized reseller, that marketplace’s own return policy applies — please return the item through them directly. A defect discovered after this 30-day window, within either purchase channel, is handled under our Limited Warranty below, not this return policy.

Limited Warranty

RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level are covered by our RiVöt 1-Year Limited Warranty, the full text of which is published at ugottoad.com and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If anything below conflicts with the full warranty text, the full warranty text controls. In summary:

• We warrant TankMaster and Level against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, and will repair or replace a covered product at no charge, at our discretion.
• Coverage is limited to the original retail purchaser, is non-transferable, and applies only to purchases made from us or an authorized reseller — not from unauthorized sellers or secondhand marketplaces.
• The warranty does not cover, among other things: water exposure or submersion; mounting in unprotected exterior locations exposed to road spray, mud, or debris; marine or coastal/saltwater exposure (these products are not marine-grade); chemical exposure; electrical misuse or improper wiring; damage from improper installation, modification, tampering, or use outside published specifications; commercial, fleet, or rental use; normal wear, cosmetic damage, or adhesive/mounting wear; and software, firmware, mobile apps, or associated data loss.
• To file a claim, email [email protected] with proof of purchase, photos of the installation and the issue, and a description of the problem. We may require the product be returned for inspection. You are responsible for shipping the product to us; if the claim is approved, we cover shipping of the replacement.
• Our total liability for TankMaster and Level is capped at the original purchase price of the product, as set out in the full warranty text and in Limitation of Liability below.

Companion App and Sensor Data Disclaimer

The RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level companion apps display readings from your hardware sensors (tank levels, leveling position, and similar data) for convenience. Sensor readings can be affected by installation, calibration, connectivity, battery, and environmental conditions, and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. These apps and devices are not safety-rated leveling or monitoring systems and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions affecting the safety or stability of your vehicle. Always confirm tank levels and leveling by direct physical inspection before relying on them for travel or setup decisions.

Navigation, Routing, and Restriction Data Disclaimer

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend Service to anyone for any reason at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

You understand that content you submit may be transmitted over various networks and may be adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information you provide when purchasing RiVöt TankMaster or RiVöt Level is transmitted securely to our payment processor and is not stored on our servers; RiVöt RV Navigator subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google, as described above, and never pass through our servers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to it, without our express written permission.

Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available through the Service is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on the Service is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions, particularly trip-planning decisions involving vehicle clearance, weight, or length restrictions, without independent verification. Any reliance on Service material is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Service at any time, but have no obligation to update any information. You are responsible for monitoring changes to the Service.

Modifications to the Service and Pricing

We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice. Subscription and feature pricing is subject to change as described above under Subscriptions and In-App Purchases. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Optional Tools and Third-Party Data

The Service incorporates mapping, routing, weather, and traffic/incident data from third-party providers over which we do not have full control (for example, National Weather Service alerts, state department of transportation feeds, and mapping/routing engines). We provide access to this data “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of it. We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Service, which will also be subject to these Terms.

Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not affiliated with us, including points-of-interest listings, business websites, and booking links. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party sites and have no liability for any harm or damages related to your use of them. Review any third party’s own terms and privacy practices before engaging with them; direct any complaints regarding third-party products or services to that third party.

User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you send us feedback, feature requests, bug reports, reviews, or other submissions (collectively, “comments”), whether requested or unsolicited, you agree that we may use, edit, and incorporate those comments without restriction or compensation to you. We have no obligation to keep comments confidential, to compensate you for them, or to respond to them.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates these Terms. You are solely responsible for the comments you submit and agree they will not infringe any third party’s rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally the Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to feature descriptions, pricing, promotions, or routing and restriction data. We reserve the right to correct these at any time without prior notice and undertake no obligation to update or clarify information except as required by law.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any applicable regulations or laws; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, or scrape the Service; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any of these prohibited uses.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that routing, restriction, hazard, or point-of-interest results will be accurate or reliable. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puffball Designs LLC and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost data, product replacement costs, or vehicle or property damage — arising from your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability in those jurisdictions is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

For RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level specifically, our total liability arising from the product is further capped at the original purchase price you paid for it, as set out in our RiVöt 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puffball Designs LLC and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Service at any time; if you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, as we cannot cancel it on your behalf. If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice, and you will remain responsible for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications, including prior versions of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website or the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
