Products Covered: RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level

1. Warranty Coverage

Puffball Designs LLC warrants that RiVöt TankMaster and RiVöt Level hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, Puffball Designs LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge.

Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent models, at the discretion of Puffball Designs LLC.

2. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is valid only for purchases made from Puffball Designs LLC or authorized resellers. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or second-hand marketplaces are not covered.

3. What Is Not Covered

(Environmental, Installation & Use Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or environments the product was not designed for. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

Water Exposure / Submersion

Damage caused by liquid intrusion including immersion, flooding, pressure washing, or heavy water spray.

Exterior / Road Spray Exposure

Failures resulting from mounting the device in unprotected exterior locations (such as undercarriage areas, frames, trailers, or wheel wells) where it may be subjected to road spray, mud, or debris impact.

Marine & Coastal Environments

Damage caused by saltwater, salt spray, or salt-laden air (including coastal environments).

These products are not marine-grade. This exclusion applies even if installed in an interior cabin or locker of a marine vessel.

Chemical Exposure

Damage resulting from exposure to road-deicing chemicals, corrosive cleaners, harsh tank chemicals, or other contaminants.

Electrical Misuse

Damage caused by incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage input, power surges, improper grounding, reverse polarity, or improper RV electrical systems.

Installation Damage / Improper Use

Damage resulting from improper installation, modification, unauthorized repair, tampering, or operation outside published specifications.

Failure to follow installation instructions, including sealing requirements, may void warranty coverage.

Commercial / Fleet / Rental Use

Products used in commercial, rental, fleet, or business applications are not covered.

Normal Wear & Consumables

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, discoloration)

• Adhesive or mounting material wear or failure

• Environmental aging

Software / Firmware

This warranty does not cover software, firmware, mobile applications, or any data loss associated with product use.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, contact:

Please include:

• Proof of purchase (Amazon Order ID or receipt)

• Photos showing installation location and failure

• Brief description of the issue

Puffball Designs LLC may require the product to be returned for inspection before a warranty determination is made.

Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Puffball Designs LLC.

If the claim is approved, Puffball Designs LLC will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUFFBALL DESIGNS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES, HOLDING TANKS, PROPERTY, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT, ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PUFFBALL DESIGNS LLC EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply.

6. Legal Rights & Implied Warranties

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Puffball Designs LLC does not disclaim implied warranties under applicable law; however, any implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
