Delete Your RiVöt RV Navigator Account
You can permanently delete your RiVöt RV Navigator account and all associated data directly from the app:
Open RiVöt RV Navigator and sign in
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Delete account
Confirm when prompted
This immediately and permanently deletes your account, vehicle profile, saved stops, and preferences. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted: your account login, vehicle profile, saved stops/favorites, and app preferences.
What isn’t deleted: any map content you’ve contributed (e.g., community-reported hazards or points of interest) remains, as is standard for shared map data. If you have an active App Store or Play Store subscription, it must be cancelled separately through your device’s subscription settings — deleting your account does not cancel billing.
Can’t access the app? Email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account, and we’ll process the deletion manually.
