Configuring via the TankMaster App
Once your TankMaster unit is powered, all setup and configuration is completed through the RiVöt TankMaster App. The app provides guided setup, real-time monitoring, historical data, and predictive insights to simplify tank management.
Getting Started (Launch Screen)
When you open the app, you will see the TankMaster launch screen if no tanks are currently paired.
From this screen, you have two options:

Pair TankMaster → Connect and pair a new TankMaster device

Run Setup Wizard → Guided setup including pairing (if needed), sensor calibration, and configuration
Pairing Your TankMaster (First-Time Setup)
For new installations, start by pairing your device.
Pairing Process

Power on the TankMaster device.

Open the RiVöt TankMaster App.

Tap Pair TankMaster.
-
Select your TankMaster device from the list.

Assign the device to a tank (or create a new tank).

Complete the pairing process.
After pairing, proceed to the Setup Wizard.
Run Setup Wizard (Required)
The Setup Wizard guides you through the complete installation and configuration process.
The Setup Wizard will:
- Installing and connecting your TankMaster
- Pairing your Tankmaster to the app
- Setting up Wi-Fi on your TankMaster
- Installing and calibrating your tank sensors
- Configuring the tank parameters

Walk you through proper sensor mounting
To Run the Setup Wizard

From the launch screen, tap Run Setup Wizard, or

Open your paired tank and select Setup Wizard
Follow all on-screen instructions to complete setup.
Result:
Your TankMaster system will be fully configured and ready for use.
Accessing Tank Settings
After completing the Setup Wizard:

Open the RiVöt TankMaster App

Select your tank from the main screen

Tap to view Tank Details and Settings
Tank Configuration Options
Tank Information

Tank Display Name
Update how the tank appears in the app.

Tank Capacity
Set the tank size for accurate usage tracking and predictions.
Sensor Configuration (Advanced)

Number of Sensors
Adjust to match the number of installed sensors (default is 4).

Sensor Thresholds
Fine-tune trigger levels if needed.
Note: These are automatically configured during the Setup Wizard to the deaults and typically do not require adjustment.
Monitoring Settings

Alerts
Enable notifications for critical tank levels:

Black/Gray tanks → alert when full

Fresh tank → alert when empty

Device Management

Pair or Replace Device
Unpair and connect a different TankMaster device.

Wi-Fi Configuration
Connect to a local Wi-Fi network for extended range.

Sensor Calibration Wizard
Re-run calibration if sensors are repositioned or readings are inconsistent.
